I'm especially good with puppies, senior dogs, rescue dogs, and dogs with anxiety or sensitive health conditions. With animal-rescue experience and 2 years working at a professional dog daycare in San Francisco, I've handled shy and special-needs dogs with patience. Do you take large dogs?
We specialize in small and medium dogs under 45 lb — our home setup is best for them, and it lets us keep the "calm, quiet" promise. For larger dogs we're happy to refer you to great options in the East Bay.
Do I have to do a meet-and-greet?
Yes — and it's free. 15–20 minutes at our home. It protects your dog (so they feel safe when you leave) and protects us (so we know they'll be a good fit). Zero pressure to book after.
How do I pay?
Zelle to 415-823-0199 is easiest. Venmo and cash also work. A $25 deposit holds the spot, and the balance is due at drop-off.
What's your cancellation policy?
72+ hours before: deposit fully refunded. 24–72 hours: deposit kept but applies to a future booking within 60 days. Under 24 hours / no-show: deposit kept, non-transferable. It's firm because holding a spot for your dog means turning away others.
Do you host unneutered dogs?
For safety, we don't host unneutered dogs during overlapping stays with another dog. Solo stays may be possible — text us and we'll check.
Are there any extra fees?
Holiday rate is +50% on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day, and July 4th. Standard oral meds are free; complex care (injections, etc.) is +$5/day.
What if my dog needs medication?
No extra charge for standard oral medication on schedule. Just bring clear instructions and the meds in their original container. For injections or complex care, we'll chat first.
What areas do you serve?
Drop-off in Castro Valley (right off I-580). Clients come from Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Dublin, Pleasanton, Fremont, and Union City.
What happens in an emergency?
You'll sign a one-page service agreement authorizing us to seek urgent vet care (starting with your vet when possible), and we'll call you immediately. We're have a first-aid kit on hand.
